INDUSTRIAL NETWORK
We have experience in laying out plant networks, PLC I/O location, and selection of applicable processors CPU'S for process automation projects Our industrial process controls and automation designs typically consist of an extensive application of programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and a variety of Operators Interface Systems. Programmable Logic Control PLC
Neuron has programmed, installed, and tuned a diverse variety of PLCs for many different processes. Neuron is one of the leading SIEMENS programmers in the Midwest. Techniques used include advanced algorithms, PIDs, IEC 1131, programming standards development, simulation, startup, and interfacing to databases. Neuron has installed many of controllers and developed countless pages of operating logic to control a variety of manufacturing processes and machines. This diverse cross-section of PLC brands and applications has taught neuron the importance of developing structured programming standards and flexible control code. We develop specific PLC program modules and subroutines that have been tested in the field with a high degree of perfection. We also integrate encoders, bar code readers, analog instruments and motion controllers into new and existing systems
Human Machine Interface
Neuron is aware of the ever growing importance of innovation to Industrial Manufacturing, including HMI and SCADA technologies. We have been involved with the HMI's evolution from a simple push-button station replacement to the advanced SCADA capabilities of today. The various projects with which neuron have been associated have exposed our employees to many different types of HMIs. Neuron has developed a lot of HMI/SCADA nodes and some of screens utilizing Keyboard, Touch Screen, and Mouse Driven interfaces. Neuron realizes the value of the HMI/SCADA node and its ability to help individuals predict, troubleshoot, and diagnose process problems. Therefore, neuron designs HMIs with the objective of presenting and allowing the user to enter information that is readily accessible, consistent, and understandable.
Motor Control Cabinet
For over 10 years, our electrical and control panel fabrication division has been capable of meeting our customer's needs in engineering, design and fabrication. Our custom control panels and system assemblies range from small single junction box assemblies to multiple enclosure PLC and DCS systems. Our panel fabrication division has over 10,000 square feet allowing us to provide inventory, fabrication, and staging, factory testing and shipping of even the largest panel systems.
Electronic Board Repair
Neuron team is able to trace and troubleshoot the electronic circuits. These circuits are related to automation and instrumentation equipment.
